1 Definitions and Scope

Only one account is permitted per person. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents, all accounts will be suspended.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, and other details provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. The platform may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be held if verification is not completed.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

4 Withdrawals and Payment Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be requested through the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement for the relevant bonus must be met (see Section 5 for details). If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Other Bonuses

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer can only be claimed once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, tike 999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is explicitly prohibited.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The tike 999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net losses for the week. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. VIP tier upgrades are based on the member's regular activity and consistent account use.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on tike 999 are conducted fairly. If a game is cancelled due to a software error, technical issue, or network disruption, the bet for that round will be refunded.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or fraudulent techniques to play is strictly prohibited. If tike 999 detects such activity, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs in any game, the support team must be informed within 24 hours with supporting evidence. An appropriate resolution will be provided after investigation.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected illegal activity or money laundering
• Failure to pass age verification or providing false age information

10.2 Closure by the User
